Graziano's Monte Grande is unusual amongst the Prà Soave portfolio, being a blend of Garganega with 20-30% Trebbiano di Soave, a local variety related to Verdicchio which contributes perfume and texture. The blend of grapes, partial drying of the Garganega grapes on the vine, along with the fantastic single vineyard site and fermentation in large oak casks - are all a factor in the wine's tremendous complexity and elegance. This has earned Monte Grande a fantastic reputation and a series of great reviews, including no less than 8 Tre Bicchieri awards.

Great with a goat's cheese, basil and roasted red pepper salad, asparagus or fish such as turbot sprinkled with lemon juice and olive oil. Try too with stir-fried Cantonese dishes featuring fresh vegetables and/or tiger prawns.
