Bruno Le Breton, Winemaker

On behalf of winemaker Bruno Le Breton and the rest of La Jasse team, we would like to invite you to our special pre-order offer for the new vintage La Jasse wines.

Once a year we are able to offer a special opportunity from the South of France, this year is extra special as it marks the 30th anniversary of Domaine de la Jasse.

A limited pre-order of the new vintages of La Jasse wines, straight from their cellar direct to your door!

Arriving June 2025

These  gorgeous wines come from the heart of Languedoc, where cicadas sing until late and warm wind blows through branches of olive and pine trees. A land of innovation, where Bruno Le Breton, his family and team, create their ‘everyday grand cru’ with the intent to make a better wine, vintage after vintage. His sustainable approach makes him a pioneer in Corporate Social Responsibility,  so not only can you delight your taste buds, you can enjoy opening your bottle of La Jasse knowing it's the choice of a committed family producer!

Along with the  La Jasse Vieilles Vignes 2022  you can also buy the new Coeur de Cuvée Rosé 2024 and Blanc des Trois Grâces 2024.

Vieilles Vignes Rouge 2022

Vieilles Vignes 2022 is distinguished by its richness and elegance. The Cabernet Sauvignon majority offers an intense nose of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, accompanied by subtle spicy notes to the blend. On the palate, the wine is round and generous, revealing aromas of vanilla, liquorice and bay leaf, which blend harmoniously with a light touch of black pepper.

The balance is the essence of La Jasse winemaking philosophy: to achieve the right balance between a beautiful concentration and remarkable freshness. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, providing a solid structure and a beautiful length in the mouth.

Blanc des Trois Grâces 2024

Blanc de Blancs de La Jasse becomes Blanc des Trois Grâces! Three divine grape varieties for a white wine to always have ready in the fridge: Chardonnay for its charm, Viognier for its beauty and Rolle for its creativity. The latter was added to the blend in 2021 following the devastating spring frost. Its addition offers the perfect harmony of this three-variety ménage!

The 2024 vintage of Blanc des Trois Grâces is a true success, offering a perfect balance between complexity and freshness. This blend is distinguished by its captivating aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. Chardonnay brings a beautiful structure and aromatic complexity, while the Viognier adds notes of apricot and white flowers. Rolle brings the refreshing acidity that perfectly balances the wine. On the palate, this wine is rich and unctuous, with a fatty texture and a fresh and lively finish. The aromas of lemon, grapefruit and tropical fruits blend harmoniously, offering a most enjoyable taste experience.

It is the white you must always have a bottle ready for unexpected guests and random invitation: ideal with salads, grilled fish, from apéritif to cheese!

Rosé du Coeur de Cuvée 2024

Rosé du Coeur de Cuvée is about captivating the ‘heart of the cuvée’, meaning selecting the fruitiest juice at the heart of the grapes. La Jasse team achieves this thanks to a very gentle and selective pressing where only the heart of the pressed is preserved. The juice is balanced between its natural freshness and its very delicate fruit.

This fresh rosé presents a beautiful roundness, gourmet, capable of expressing itself through all the good moments of everyday life. An excellent bistronomic rosé.

The 2024 vintage is distinguished by a harmonious combination of the best grape varieties of Provence and Languedoc. Typical Grenache from Languedoc brings finesse and elegance, while Syrah adds a touch of freshness. The Caladoc and Nielluccio grape varieties, originally from Provence, enrich the wine with fruity aromas and a beautiful colour.

The nose is very expressive, revealing aromas of red fruits, light citrus notes and a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate, this rosé is refreshing, with intense flavors of red fruits and a beautiful liveliness. Full bodied, it is the perfect match for big salads, grilled vegetables, pasta night or as an apéritif!

About Domaine de la Jasse

La Jasse is located in the Mosson Valley, near the Southern French city of Montpellier, surrounded by oak forests, olive groves and wild garrigue full of lavender on the typical limestone soils of the Languedoc region.

Its history goes back 60 years, but La Jasse is known today for being a pioneer in sustainability and creating the ultimate sustainable wine that will delight your taste buds and make you choose a committed  winery to make a better world.

Over 300 hours of sunshine, mineral soils and the potential of the old Languedoc vineyards are the basis for the constant and exceptional quality of the wines. The man behind these 'everyday Grand Cru' is Bruno Le Breton, our passionate friend who masters the vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon from Languedoc like no other.

His secret relies in his mission to offer you the best wine that will delight your taste buds as much for its taste, as for its positive impact on everything that surrounds it!

30 Years of Domaine de la Jasse

We are proud to have been offering Domaine de la Jasse for 11 years, their story goes back much further than that.
When Hans Walraven, a great Dutch wine importer, arrived in Languedoc. He found out in this terroir the ideal place to develop his own dream, producing a great Cabernet Sauvignon. The virgin soils (previously only used for livestock), the protection of the hillside, and the microclimatic conditions reminded him of Bordeaux, and gave him all the ingredients to succeed.

He teamed up with talented winemaker Bruno Le Breton in order to achieve his ambitious goal. In 2008, Hans Walraven retired and left the torch to Bruno Le Breton. Together, they designed La Jasse wines with the constant concern to produce every year the 'everyday Grand Cru'
