60% Monastrell & 40% Merlot. The wine has an expressive cherry red colour, with a fresh touch of mint and bright aromas of red fruits such as cranberry, redcurrant and plum. On the palate it is balanced and has a good structure, with seamless delivery of fruit and spice in a medium bodied style. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Suitable for prepared lamb, veal and mushroom dishes, as well as chicken or pork. Medium-cured and creamy cheeses. Also suitable for fatty fishes such as salmon and fresh seafood such as scallops or octopus.
