Pale straw in colour with brilliant clarity. On the nose we encounter fresh lime and apple, with subtle notes of white jasmine and honeysuckle flowers. The palate has a firm yet fine acid profile. The ripe flavours mimic that of the aromas and culminate in a pristine, chalky finish.

Located right beside the winery, Mort’s block provides the core for this wine, with fruit from the Morrison vineyard on the opposite hillside providing additional depth and complexity.
