Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it immediately expresses the vineyard and the land with fruity and grassy notes. A well-structured wine, fresh and sapid at the same time, soft on the palate, has a good alcoholic structure and the characteristic slightly bitter almond aftertaste. This is the typical expression of Verdicchio wine, easy to drink, with character in the alcohol content and youth in the acidity's freshness.
It is very versatile and excellent with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, risotto, mixed fried fish, and vegetables.

The Sartarelli company is one of the few Italian wineries which focuses exclusively on a single varietal production in this case - Verdicchio. The winery and offices are built around our century-old country house. Located in Poggio San Marcello which is the smallest village in the province of Ancona, a precious gem surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of the Marche region. The company is situated 350 meters above sea level, on the left of the Esino River, which is the historically traditional area where the wine D.O.C. "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" is produced.
