Hosted at Crannagael House (as featured in BBC's 'The Chronicals of Armagh') the home of Jane and John Nicholson, whose ancestors planted the first Bramley seedling in County Armagh.
The menu will feature the best of local ingredients, many of which grown on the estate offering guests a true plot to plate experience.
