"My name is Seán and my wine expedition began 10 years ago.  The magnetism of wine: its history, its respect and reflection of people and place, truly and seductively got its ‘tannins’ within me.  The voyage began, much to the despair of my bank account.  From the retail floor to the restaurant trade, I have worked and enjoyed the full spectrum of wine sales, customer service of the highest order is my raison d'être. Wine for me merges that most stimulating of mediums; travel, food, culture and art.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, metal, motorbikes and cooking.  I have recently begun my WSET Diploma in wine, which I am assured will keep me occupied and more importantly, tasting wine."

"My name’s Alex. I entered the industry initially part-time while studying for a Master’s Degree in Ecology a few years ago. It was in this time that I well and truly caught the ‘wine bug’; falling in love with how the often esoteric environmental processes that I studied were translated, quite tangibly, into the glass – enabling each wine to reveal its own sensorial story. I have now been with JN Wine for two years and am currently studying for my WSET Diploma Award in Wine which involves the constant research and tasting of wines from all over the world (someone’s got to do it)! So feel free to pick my brain on all things viticulture, viniculture and tasting technique!
