Taking over the Domain in the Summer of 2024 Valentin and Anaëlle are looking to continue the work of Isabelle and Noë Rouballay. Isabelle and Noë wanted to see their business continue and worked with Valentin and Anaëlle is passing on their experience of the land to them.

Valentin, a native of the region started in Viticulture as a seasonal worker. In 2014 he decided it was what he wanted to do and progressed to where he is today. Anaëlle, originally from Normandy, was a horticultural engineer, in 2016 she decided to change direction and work with the vine. Gaining a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology, she became a vineyard worker on the same farm as Valentin.

The Vineyard

The 32 hectares of vines are located in Oisly in Loir-et-Cher on the plateau between the Loire and the Cher, in the Touraine and Touraine Oisly appellation areas.

Their terroir is made up of Sologne sand on flint clay, produces wines with character, aromatic, warm and rich in substance.
