The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc has a zesty and vibrant nose, with hints of juicy citrus and makrut lime underpinned bu subtle white and passionfruit notes. The palate is mouth-watering, with vibrant passionfruit and citrus at the core. These meld with tropical hints of pech and guava, gently balanced by stony saline notes .
Sauvignon Blanc is a natural match for almost any seafood, it's also a great match for green salads and goat's cheese. A good hint is: if it goes with lemon, it goes with Sauvignon Blanc!
