Vins Bellier

Pascal Bellier founded the SARL Pascal Bellier in 1990 in Vineuil, Loire Valley. Following in the tradition of many of his ancestors that have been cultivating the hillsides overlooking the Loire for several generations.

Véronique and Pascal have been running the family estate since 1995.

The entire estate rests on a thick layer of Beauce limestone, some covered by a clay-siliceous soil, and some covered by sandy rocky soil.

Pinot Noir and Gamay varieties are mainly grown on the clay- siliceous soil with the white grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Romorantin grown on the sandy, rocky soil.

Yields are usually 30 to 40 hl for reds and 40 to 50 hl for whites.

Vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats. Blending is specific to the qualities of each cuvée.
