Nizza is a distinguished Barbera wine from the Nizza DOCG region. It opens with an inviting bouquet of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums, intertwined with notes of violet, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, showcasing intense flavours of ripe black fruits, licorice, and a touch of dark chocolate, balanced by firm tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and complex, with lingering hints of fruit, spice, and subtle oak nuances.

100% Barbera from vines with an average age of 30 years old. Sourced from vineyards in the municipalities of Nizza Monferrato, Agliano Terme, and Moasca; average age of vines 30 years.

Vinification: Delicate pressing with some whole berries, long macerations, no punch down. Aging 6 months in large oak barrels.
