Of a light straw yellow colour with greenish nuances, it is fresh and gently aromatic. With an intense nose, floral notes enhance its aromas together with a delicate note of sage and hawthorn and sensations of green apple. On the palate it is fresh, mineral and with a good acidity. On the finish it has a wonderful, delicate, long, bitter almond aftertaste.
