Ruby red colour with violet notes. On the nose it is very expressive, with intense fruit aromas such as plum, combined with spices, highlighting thyme and black pepper. On the palate it has very good structure, soft and juicy tannins, with a sweet entry and balanced acidity that gives it freshness,

50% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Syrah.

Region of origin: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina. Made and bottled on the property.

Vineyard: 1200m. Soils of alluvial origin, with a loose structure and very permeable. Special pruning, irrigation and canopy management to obtain a balanced vineyard that provides grapes of the highest quality.

Vinification: Harvest between March and April. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for each varietal separately, at a controlled temperature between 25-28°C, with the use of selected yeasts. Macerations of 20-21 days. Ageing for 3-4 months in contact with French oak.
