Pale yellow in colour. Explosive nose where bergamot and candied lemon predominate with multiple floral and citrus notes, accompanied by a spicy vanilla flavoured touch. The palate is generous, fresh and elegant. Superb, long lasting and smooth finish with complexity and diversity (citrus fruits, peony, eucalyptus, lilac).

100% Muscat Petits Grains. This late maturing variety is harvested before it is fully ripe to give it more of a citrus fruit profile rather than the standard muscat aromas. A grape variety known for sweet wines but gaining in popularity for dry versions also.
