This Manciat-Poncet Cremant de Bourgogne is produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle, this results in an amazing sparkling wine, that certainly gives Champagne a run for its money. This French non-vintage sparkling wine is made in Burgundy and therefore called Crémant de Bourgogne. It's made from a beautiful blend of 30% chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay and 20% Aligote, a traditional Burgundian white grape.

Sartarelli was one of the estates featured in a Decanter magazine article entitled 'Italys Rising Stars' in which great praise was heaped upon this fabulous Marches winery. The sparkling wine is a new venture by the family and was described by the authors of the Decanter article as not unlike a good Prosecco in its charming upfront fruit and floral aromas and flavours.
